Customers receive a Reward Credit that is calculated as 0.25% times the total amount of point of sale (POS) debit card transaction posted to the account between the first banking business day and the last banking business day of the month. Reward credit rate is subject to change. Maximum reward of $30 per statement cycle.

Each signor will need one of each primary and secondary forms of identification to open a Business Checking Account at our financial institutions. Additional address verification may be required if current address does not match that on the ID.

●   Unexpired State Photo Identification Card
●   Current Military Identification Card
●   Alien Registration Card

●   Medicare, Medicaid or other insurance card

Along with personal identification, please ensure you bring documentation that confirms the type of entity you operate.

Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you
When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.  In addition, we may also ask to see your unexpired driver’s license or other identifying documents.
Account Opening for a Legal Entity
We are required to ask you for identifying information (name, address, date of birth, social security number, as well as identification documents) for:
     ➣  Each individual that has beneficial ownership (25% or more) 
     ➣  One individual who has significant managerial control of the Legal Entity
If you are opening an account on behalf of a Legal Entity, you will be required to provide the appropriate documentation and to certify that this information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
