If you prefer not to use our mobile banking application anymore, you have the option to delete it from your device.

Deleting the app does not close your accounts at Iowa Falls State Bank or affect your ability to access your accounts or perform transactions. Our online banking platform remains fully accessible through your preferred web browser or on your mobile device or computer.

Here are the general steps to delete an app from your mobile device:

  1. Locate the App: Find the app you want to delete on your home screen or in the App library.
  2. Long Press: Press and hold the app icon until it starts to jiggle.
  3. Delete Option: Look for an “X” or a “delete” option on the app icon.
  4. Confirm Deletion: Tap on the “X” or “Delete” option, and confirm if prompted.
  5. Done: the app will be deleted from your device, and the process is complete.
  1. Open Settings: Go to your device’s Settings app.
  2. Apps or Application Manager: Look for “Apps” or “Application Manager” in the settings menu.
  3. Select the App: Scroll through the list of installed apps and tap on the app you want to delete.
  4. Uninstall: Tap on the “Uninstall” or “Delete” option.
  5. Confirm: Confirm the deletion when prompted.
  6. Done: The app will be uninstalled from your device.
