Ag Loan Officer
Position Summary Iowa Falls State Bank is seeking a highly-qualified person to generate, approve and maintain quality loans for the bank’s loan portfolio with an emphasis on Agriculture and Commercial loans. The position requires an understanding of Agricultural/Commercial concepts and lending, building strong relationships with current loan customers, skills for successful customer service, active participation in the sales process, developing new loan relationships, maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio, underwriting, and approving new Agricultural and Commercial loans, collecting, and maintaining financial information according to Loan Policy, and other duties typical to a community bank.
Strong analytical and organizational skills required along with a positive customer service attitude. Background and education requirements include a business-related BA/BS degree, plus 3-7 years of bank lending experience.
