Description
This position is responsible for accurately processing customer transactions and balancing daily work in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Demonstrates excellent customer service by handling customer requests in a professional and timely manner. Works with customer to resolve basic bank issues, but will refer to appropriate department within bank if necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Knows and adheres to company policies and procedures as well as bank and branch functions and procedures. Ensures that regulatory requirements, such as Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act are followed. May be required to work weekends and/or extended hours and regular, reliable attendance is critical.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent GED certificate
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong mathematical skills and cash handling experience desired
- Good organizational skills, time management and detail oriented
- Flexible with regard to work routine
- Must be self-motivated
- Ability to use and operate all office equipment, such as computers, typewriters, calculators, fax machine and copier
